My Approach to Healing

My work blends trauma-informed care, subconscious healing, somatic practices, and presence-based awareness. Whether we use hypnotherapy, brainspotting, or breathwork, the intention is the same: to help you reconnect with the part of yourself that already knows how to heal.

After more than 12 years working with emotional trauma and human potential, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from forcing, fixing, or analyzing. It happens when we access a deeper dimension of your being — the quiet, steady presence beneath anxiety, pain, and old patterns.

This work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply grounding. You won’t be pushed or rushed. We honor your nervous system, your story, and your pace. The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the overwhelm.

You are not broken.

There is nothing wrong with you.

There is simply more of you to meet.

Who I Work With

I support people who feel stuck in emotional patterns they can’t explain or break through alone — even though they’ve already tried everything.

Why I Do This Work

I do this work because healing changed my life.

Before becoming a practitioner, I had to face my own emotional patterns, trauma, and history. The work transformed me — not by making me someone different, but by helping me return to myself.

Over many years as a therapist and trauma specialist, I’ve walked alongside people as they shed emotional weight they’ve carried for decades. I’ve seen anxiety soften, trauma unwind, emotional walls melt, and confidence return.

Transformation happens in safe, present, grounded relationships.

It happens when someone truly sees you, without judgment, and walks with you into the deeper layers of your experience.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to be stuck — and I know what becomes possible when you’re supported in the right way.
